So, I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, trying to resurrect the idea of having my own website. It's not like I have anything earth-shattering to share with the general public! But I'm going to put myself through the torture of reacquainting myself with XHTML.
Once upon a time I knew the rudimentary elements -- enough to make a few *eh* webpages, mostly with pictures and a few links. And of course, I have no ability with graphics whatsoever, so must rely on the kindness (and talent) of strangers in order to come up with some sort of cohesive look.
Anyway, hopefully this will progress quickly over the next few weeks -- we shall see.
